A classic winter sunset on Mt Ruapehu, New Zealand in 1997. I've never seen a sunset quite like this one since that day. We were wrapping up a snow school belaying activity for the evening when I spied a huge wind gust heading down the mountain blowing snow all over the place. This is the result.
